About this role
Role Overview
Build and develop the B2B go-to-market strategy for concept stores, furniture retailers, and hotel & hospitality clients
Define target segments, offering packages, and pricing and margin logic
Develop a B2B MVP to test and validate the concept
Active retailer acquisition and management of existing accounts
Qualify and close initial and follow-up orders
Build and maintain long-term retailer relationships
Participate in trade shows, showrooms, or pop-up events
Manage the quotation and ordering process
Work closely with Operations on lead times, availability, and samples
Establish basic CRM structures and sales processes
Systematic collection of retailer feedback for optimization
Analyze relevant KPIs (leads, conversion, average order value/cart, repeat purchases)
Derive assortment and process optimizations
Prepare for scaling (automation, partner/dealer programs, key accounts)
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management
Experience building new sales structures (startup, scale-up, or new business unit)
Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong execution skills
High level of personal responsibility and a structured way of working
Willingness to travel – you enjoy meeting customers in person
Experience in retail, interior, design, D2C, or FMCG is a plus
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive)
Trade show or showroom experience
