You will work closely with our experienced Claims Analysts and learn step by step how motor vehicle and private liability claims are settled.
You will support the handling of cases where our AI reaches its limits — gradually becoming more confident in claims settlement.
You will gain exposure to modern tools and methods and apply them directly in practice.
You will review processes together with the team, rethink workflows, and help further develop our AI.
Your feedback matters: you will help shape what claims handling looks like in the future.

Vocational training as an insurance clerk (or equivalent) or a started/completed degree in Business Administration, Law, or Insurance
Some experience in claims handling is a plus — but willingness to learn and curiosity are more important
Enjoy taking new approaches rather than just following procedures
Openness to and affinity for digital tools and AI
Structured working style, team spirit, and enthusiasm for innovation
