About this role
Role Overview
- Support external providers during transitions to an Electronic Healthcare Record system
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external provider organizations
- Document and track performance issues and patient matching issues
- Coordinate multi-stakeholder sessions involving external providers, vendors, and technical/operational teams
- Facilitate and schedule Community Care partner and stakeholder meetings seamlessly
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in healthcare industry preferred
- 5
- 9 years' experience is required
- Knowledge of data interoperability
- Advanced proficiency in Office 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access Database and SharePoint
- Experience with the MS Teams collaboration environment
