Produce content for internal communications, the website, blog, and social media with a focus on the insurance market;
Maintain the editorial calendar;
Manage social media channels by creating posts, graphics, and videos, and interacting with the audience;
Support website optimization (SEO), email marketing campaigns, and contact database updates;
Monitor and analyze marketing activities’ performance, preparing reports and proposing improvements;
Assist in organizing events and creating promotional materials;
Collaborate with sales and design teams to generate leads and develop creative assets;
Support market research and competitor monitoring.
Requirements
Enrolled in an undergraduate program (from the 3rd semester onward) in Advertising, Marketing, Social Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or related fields.
Familiarity with consumer behavior and digital marketing trends.
Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ClickUp, or other marketing management and automation tools.
Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms, as well as SEO tools.
Experience with image and video editing tools and social media platforms/post-scheduling tools.
Exposure to automation platforms, bots, or AI applied to marketing.
Experience creating digital content or managing social media, even if through personal or academic projects.
