Produce content for internal communications, website, blog, and social media, with a focus on the insurance market;
Maintain the editorial calendar;
Manage social media channels by creating posts, images, and videos, and by interacting with the audience;
Support website optimization (SEO), email marketing campaigns, and contact database updates;
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing activities, preparing reports and proposing improvements;
Assist in organizing events and creating promotional materials;
Collaborate with sales and design teams to generate leads and develop graphic assets;
Support market research and competitor monitoring.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a university program from the 3rd semester onward in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or related fields.
Familiarity with consumer behavior and digital marketing trends.
Differentials:
Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ClickUp, or other marketing management and automation tools.
Basic knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms, as well as SEO tools.
Experience with image and video editing tools and social media/post-scheduling platforms.
Exposure to automation platforms, bots, or AI applied to marketing.
Experience creating digital content or managing social media, even in personal or academic projects.
