Support regional compliance daily operation in Asia Pacific, including various compliance program / initiatives on compliance trainings, compliance campaign, data protection, etc. coordinate on feedback collection, consolidation, maintain paper filing and e-filing from various countries in Asia Pacific and manage the data up to date.
Conduct legal research, case analysis and summary, draft and / or review contracts, translate and / or proof-read le compliance documents, etc.
Support the preparation of high-profile compliance case investigation upon assignment.
Schedule appointments, make arrangement for meetings, workshops, event, etc.
Support other administrative tasks assigned.
Requirements
major in Law, second year of Master or gap year is preferred
not required, law firm or inhouse internship experience is preferred
fluent in both oral and written English; good at using MS office tools
team player and highly responsible work attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills
