Role Overview
- Update audit tools used to reduce settlement costs and evaluate how claims are handled
- Review claims, identify shortcomings, prepare reports and recommendations, and advise on how to implement recommendations
- Help prepare and update competency plans to address issues
- Help analyze and standardize the way claims policies are applied
- Help develop work tools, methods and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Action oriented, Business insight, Complexity, Customer Focus, Differences, Nimble learning
- Trade Union (If applicable)
