Professional claims management for our CAPEX and plant engineering projects in the energy sector
Identification, assessment and management of contractual claims throughout the entire project lifecycle
Independent handling of claims management in complex, large-scale projects
Development of economically and legally sound strategies for claims and counterclaims
Analysis of additional costs, delays and performance deviations with clear recommended actions
Identification and prioritization of risks throughout the project with measures to mitigate them
Preparation and review of structured claim documentation and professional correspondence

Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Law or a comparable qualification
Proven professional experience in claims management, ideally in plant engineering or the energy sector
Knowledge of project and contract law
Experience in CAPEX projects or in construction/plant engineering environments
Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and excellent communication abilities
Assertiveness and conflict resolution skills
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
