Perform a variety of secretarial duties, including drafting, formatting, updating, producing, and proofreading informational documents for different departments
Perform a range of administrative tasks related to internal operations (sales follow-up, dashboards, expense report monitoring, inventory and equipment management, performance evaluations, etc.)
Support the manager with managing and following up on their calendar, phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Prepare for and attend various meetings, including executive committee meetings; take minutes and ensure follow-up on action items
Participate in the logistical organization of events (team meetings, committees, assemblies, travel arrangements, public relations activities, etc.)
Assist with the preparation of the annual budget and monitor budget performance throughout the year (variance analysis and justification).
Requirements
Diploma from a vocational or technical school in a related field
Minimum of three years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French required
