Drive business growth through strategic relationship management, pipeline development, opportunity qualification, market analysis, capture budgeting, teaming strategies, and proposal support.
Identify and capture international and globally executed programs across Culmen’s mission areas including WMD nonproliferation, security cooperation, emergency response, and expeditionary logistics.
Maintain relationships with industry partners.
Provide market intelligence on targeted federal departments and agencies.
Lead complex capture efforts for highly competitive RFPs.
Manage business planning activities such as pipeline, bid, gate, and proposal reviews.
Support strategic planning and due diligence initiatives.
Respond to government market research inquiries.
Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.
Contribute to proposal content development.
Requirements
Eligible to obtain a U.S. security clearance; active clearance preferred.
Bachelor’s degree.
Proven leadership experience in business development and capture management.
Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and win strategically aligned growth opportunities within targeted markets.
Documented success leading and securing major service contracts valued at more than $50M.
Experience capturing programs funded by U.S. Government agencies operating internationally (e.g., DoW, Department of State, DHS, or related organizations).
Strong financial acumen, including oversight and management of B&P investments.
Exceptional executive‑level writing and communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences.
Experience working in international environments or supporting programs overseas is strongly preferred.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across technical, operational, and proposal teams in a fast-moving business development environment.
