Review daily CSR needs, match reporters by geography/format, and update tracking systems.
Act as the primary liaison with reporters & agencies, maintaining performance records and contractual details.
Confirm reporters, share event details (Zoom links, locations, notices), and provide day-of support.
Resolve urgent issues such as late/no-show reporters or technical problems in real time.
Own the "top of funnel" for new reporters; guide them through the platform signup, verify credentials, and provide the training/support needed to ensure they take their first jobs successfully.
Maintain logs of reporter timeliness, attendance, and communication.
Collaborate with product/engineering teams to inform enhancements to reporting tools and processes.
Requirements
Have 4+ years of experience in operations, vendor management, or logistics (legal tech or court reporting industry a plus)
Are highly organized and thrive in spreadsheet-driven, detail-heavy environments
Have strong communication skills — you’re proactive, clear, and diplomatic when dealing with external vendors
Are comfortable making judgment calls on urgent decisions and juggling shifting priorities
Are process-driven and enjoy building new systems and playbooks from the ground up
Care deeply about quality and customer experience
Work well in a remote team environment and can manage yourself with minimal supervision
Nice to Have: Familiarity with the Texas court reporting market and specific CSR (Certified Stenographic Reporter) requirements.
