Role Overview
- Supervise and validate all accounting records and control reports within the Accounts Payable department
- Oversee postings, reserves, accruals, intercompany charges, and banking transactions
- Review account and vendor reconciliations to ensure data integrity
- Supervise the preparation of reports for General Ledger (GL) and Tax departments
- Provide dedicated service and support to the Division’s various plants
- Review and follow up on aging items, specifically focusing on "Over 90 days" accounts
- Handle external audit requirements and ensure strict adherence to SOX regulations
- Review CVS, Forecasts, and Budget reports
- Analyze and provide detailed explanations for Cash Flow fluctuations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
- 2+ years in a leadership role in accounts payable
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
- Intermediate-Advanced English (B2 or above)
