Lead commercial governance, ensuring routines, KPIs, targets and execution aligned with the Board's guidelines, promoting efficiency and predictability in results.
Drive projects, processes and automations, ensuring operational optimizations, cross-functional integration and support for the salesforce's productivity.
Monitor the commercial journey and the interface between sales and other departments, ensuring smooth processes, quality of deliverables, information integration and continuous support to the team to improve performance and customer experience.
Lead planning and performance activities, including forecasts, variance analyses and integration with the S&OP process.
Ensure compliance and standardization by maintaining commercial policies, procedures, processes and best practices up to date and disseminated across the team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields
Proven experience in Sales Administration, Commercial Demand management and Projects involving commercial governance
Experience implementing, migrating or enhancing commercial systems and tools, ensuring process adherence, cross-functional integration and team training
Availability to work on-site in Joinville, SC, Brazil.
