Design, build and optimize automated journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder and Automation Studio)
Create and maintain automations using SQL, Data Extensions and entry/exit rules
Define and implement suppression rules, frequency controls and exclusions to prevent communication overload
Ensure technical quality, stability and scalability of automations
Support the definition of the CRM demand prioritization model
Identify automation and segmentation opportunities through independent analyses
Contribute to the establishment of technical standards and best practices
Operate in a multi-brand environment, ensuring coherence and efficiency across different areas

Solid experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Extensions)
Proficiency in SQL applied to segmentation and automation
Experience building automated journeys from scratch
Experience in CRM operations with multiple stakeholders
Analytical capability to identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions
Structured understanding of customer journeys and user experience
Previous experience in multi-brand environments or high operational complexity
Ability to prioritize and organize a backlog of requests
Technical autonomy and a proactive attitude
Experience with multiple automation platforms (RD Station, HubSpot or similar)
Experience in B2B contexts
Experience defining communication governance rules and frequency controls
Experience with integration between Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
Experience structuring CRM standards and frameworks
