Monitor and manage event-related tasks, identifying overdue items and ensuring the team stays on track to meet project milestones.
Provide hands-on support for events, including booth setup, teardown, and on-site staffing assistance.
Manage show-specific deadlines and deliverables, ensuring all submissions—from booth forms to marketing assets—are completed accurately and on time.
Facilitate orders for booth collateral, lead scanners, promotional swag, and more.
Assist with the setup of lead capture tools and oversee post-show lead routing to ensure timely follow-up by the sales team.
Research and coordinate venues, reservations, and registration for regional field marketing events.
Act as the primary project manager for select events.
Assist with other event-related duties as assigned.

2–3 years of professional experience in event management, live event production, or a related role.
Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
A flexible mindset and the ability to problem-solve in fast-paced, live event environments.
Familiarity with or a willingness to learn Google Workspace, Smartsheet, HubSpot, and Jira/Confluence.
Comfortable with traveling up to 30-40% of the time to support events across various locations.
