Monitor operations and real-time indicators, identifying deviations, instabilities, and potential loss risks;
Use incident logs and operational occurrence records to identify patterns and events that affect results;
Develop analyses and reports with operational indicators to support leadership decision-making;
Propose and implement loss mitigation strategies in collaboration with specialists and area leadership;
Map operational processes and workflows, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities;
Interact with different company areas to ensure a comprehensive view of processes and support more structured analyses;
Support the development and evolution of risk metrics and indicators;
Generate insights from data analysis, identifying the main factors that impact operational losses;
Lead projects and improvement initiatives with business and technology teams.
Requirements
Intermediate Excel (data manipulation, analysis and report building);
Experience with operational indicators and performance analysis;
Analytical profile, with ease working with data and identifying patterns;
Knowledge of BI or data analysis tools (Power BI, Looker or similar);
Experience or familiarity with leading projects or improvement initiatives;
Ability to turn data into insights and business recommendations;
Basic SQL knowledge is desirable;
Availability for hybrid work in the Paulista/SP area: Mon–Thu 08:00–18:00 and Fri 08:00–17:00
