About this role
Role Overview
Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding professional affiliates (Accountants, Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers, etc.).
Building and nurturing strong relationships with affiliates to ensure they are supported, informed, and successful.
Monitoring affiliate activity, providing resources and guidance to maximize referral outcomes.
Reporting progress and feedback to the management team to continually improve processes.
Optionally, generating direct client referrals for higher commissions.
Requirements
Proven track record in business development, sales, or affiliate recruitment.
Strong professional network in accounting, real estate, mortgage, or financial advisory sectors is a plus.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Almost native-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Professional manner and polished communication in all interactions.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
Ability to manage multiple relationships and provide ongoing support to partners.
With own working laptop.
Has a wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps and a backup connection.
