Act as the marketing focal point to ensure execution of the strategic communication plan across all segments to generate commercial demand and manage relationships, liaising constantly with internal teams.
Plan and coordinate direct marketing activities, including:
relationship nurture programs (automated communication flows)
customer journeys
online and offline media campaigns
development of relationship and sales materials for the commercial force
Serve as the B2B marketing focal point for institutional positioning initiatives for Vivo Empresas.
Plan and support the execution of corporate events (sponsored, internal or in partnership), ensuring strategic alignment, quality of deliverables and consistency with the brand’s institutional narrative.
Develop content, presentations and scripts (speeches) for executives participating in panels, talks and events, ensuring clarity, impact and consistency with brand positioning.
Coordinate the creation of content and visual materials for trade shows, events and institutional activations, ensuring suitability for target audiences and brand consistency.
Own projects for structural evolution and change, manage and maintain content, create new pages and oversee creative assets.
Monitor website performance metrics monthly and propose continuous improvements based on data and user behavior.
Manage the results of communication channels and initiatives, continuously tracking KPI development, performing performance analyses and recommending optimizations and continuous improvements.
Ensure organization, planning and management of multiple simultaneous requests.
Requirements
Solid experience in Marketing and Communications.
Bachelor’s degree completed in Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Advertising or related fields.
Excellent writing skills and ease developing written content and executive presentations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
Analytical, organized, proactive, creative profile with a strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to work autonomously with strategic vision and the ability to turn strategy into action.
Advanced / fluent English.
Knowledge of email marketing tools is desirable.
