Coach, develop, and inspire a team of BDRs to achieve and exceed targets, while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline by identifying and developing high-potential BDRs for future roles within the sales organization.
Continuously assess and optimize processes for lead generation, qualification, and handoff to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement to align strategies and maximize the impact of inbound and outbound activities.
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback focused on prospecting excellence, objection handling, and product knowledge.
Leverage technology and tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to drive productivity and data-informed decision-making.
Contribute to a high-performance, growth-oriented environment that encourages continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in SaaS, with proven success leading or scaling BDR/SDR teams, or experience progressing from a BDR/SDR role into closing and leadership.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team while fostering accountability and continuous growth.
Strong results orientation with a focus on achieving targets, driving pipeline generation, and delivering measurable outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear direction and constructive feedback.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong partnerships across Sales, Marketing, and other GTM teams.
