Provide coordination for Enterprise Architecture Review Board (EARB) meetings with C-level leadership (CTO, DCIO, CIO), Enterprise Architects, and Engineers at the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA).
Develop artifacts including templates, meeting minutes, roadmaps, schedules used for decision making with DSCA technical leadership.
Determine areas for improvement and efficiencies in the technical execution of the DSCA IT Program.
Present analysis and recommendations to the DSCA Chief Technical Office (CTO) and Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Assist in the coordination of technical projects for the DSCA customer.
Assist in the planning, communication, and reporting of each project to improve synergy between the DSCA Technical Staff and DSCA Govt leadership.
Attend in-person and teleconference meetings, provide meeting support documentation when applicable as well as provide weekly and ad-hoc status reports.
Understand highly complex technical terminology and be able to translate into non-technical project status in terms of cost, performance, and schedule.
He/she must have the ability to blend creativity, problem solving, and technical skills to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
Requirements
5+ Years in a project management/program management roles reporting directly to a Department of Defense (DoD) client
Bachelors Degree in Management, Business Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical degree is desired
Experience supporting high level federal government customers
Highly proficient oral and written communication with Technical and Management staff required
Highly proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Proficient with SharePoint, Jira, Confluence.
PMP Certification Highly Desired
Active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance in a timely manner
