Drive revenue growth and strategic account development within assigned public sector territories.
Develop and execute account strategies to introduce Strider’s intelligence platform to new public sector clients.
Identify and prioritize mission-aligned opportunities within federal, defense, and civilian agencies.
Map account stakeholders and decision pathways to inform engagement strategy.
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
Own the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand agency challenges related to geopolitical risk, innovation protection, and supply chain exposure.
Partner with internal subject matter experts to deliver tailored product demonstrations and executive briefings.
Guide opportunities through procurement channels, including contract vehicles and competitive bidding processes.
Build trusted, long-term relationships with program offices, COTRs, contracting personnel, and executive sponsors.
Align Strider’s value proposition to mission priorities and evolving policy landscapes.
Represent Strider with professionalism and credibility in government-facing engagements.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Intelligence, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment between client needs and platform capabilities.
Provide structured market feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategy.
Support onboarding and account expansion to ensure long-term customer impact and retention.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, data, or intelligence solution sales.
Demonstrated success managing and closing complex sales cycles within U.S. Government or public sector organizations.
Experience navigating federal procurement processes, including RFP responses, contract vehicles, COTR engagement, and budget cycles.
Proven ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholder groups, including program managers, contracting officers, technical evaluators, and senior executives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience delivering executive-level briefings and proposals.
Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline forecasting and account strategy.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Experience selling security, risk, intelligence, or analytics platforms is preferred.
Familiarity with mission sets related to national security, economic security, supply chain resilience, or research protection is preferred.
Experience supporting agencies within the defense, intelligence, or civilian federal communities is preferred.
Active or prior U.S. security clearance is preferred.
