Act as the primary point of contact with strategic partners (e.g., financial institutions) for matters related to judicial collections;
Provide consultative management of service providers, proposing improvements to judicial collection processes;
Analyze operational workflows and recommend optimizations to improve performance and efficiency;
Monitor and analyze KPIs related to judicial settlements and vehicle repossessions;
Develop and monitor campaigns and strategic initiatives focused on recovery and revenue enhancement;
Support the management of collections for large accounts, ensuring a strategic and differentiated approach;
Interface with internal bank areas (legal, commercial, operations, among others);
Work hands-on and results-oriented, tracking metrics and implementing continuous improvements;
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administrative, Financial, or Legal fields;
Analytical and strategic profile;
Consultative attitude and strong interpersonal communication;
Proactivity and ownership mindset;
Negotiation skills;
Well-organized with a strong results orientation;
Hands-on profile with an execution focus;
Experience analyzing and monitoring collections and credit recovery KPIs;
Knowledge of judicial collection processes and asset repossession (e.g., vehicles);
Ability to interpret and analyze with a legal perspective;
Experience in judicial collections and credit recovery;
Experience managing indicators and collections campaigns.
