Role Overview
- Generate accounts payable reports and process payments via BACS and cheques
- Liaise daily with property managers to resolve invoice queries
- Communicate with external suppliers to clarify payment discrepancies
- Correspond with utility companies to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
- Ensure all invoice details on the system are correct and meet company standards
- Work with insurance providers to ensure premiums are paid promptly
Requirements
- Degree-level education
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Proficient in accounting systems, with advanced Excel and Word skills
- Previous experience in property accounting (advantageous)
- Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail
