Take over sales activities for our trauma product portfolio.
Responsible for the operational and strategic management of your sales territory in the Greater Hamburg/Bremen/Hanover area.
Conduct targeted new customer acquisition and customer support for hospital surgical departments regarding the use of our innovative products.
Employ targeted sales and marketing strategies and negotiate with chief physicians, hospital administrations, biomedical technicians/clinical engineers and purchasing departments.
Advise and train medical and nursing staff on product use in the operating room (OR) as well as in workshops and trial deployments.
Develop customer-specific orders based on needs and prepare financing plans.
Actively participate in trade fairs, congresses and specialist conferences to expand your network and generate new impulses.
Requirements
Ideally, initial experience in selling technically complex, consultative products.
Passion for selling technically sophisticated and demanding products and services.
Experience in building long-term customer relationships and in new business development.
Strong communication skills, self-initiative and a friendly, outgoing manner.
Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, organizational talent and willingness to take responsibility.
Fluent German and good English, both written and spoken.
Possession of a valid Class B driving license.
Completed degree in biomedical engineering, health economics or business administration (preferred).
Industry knowledge in medical technology, e.g., as an Operating Room Technician (ORT) or comparable roles within the sector.
Routine in dealing with decision-makers at C-level.
