EHS Field Support Specialist

Role Overview

• Provide on-site safety support at client facilities for extended durations (2 weeks up to 12 months)
• Conduct daily EHS walkthroughs, inspections, and hazard identification activities
• Support clients in implementing EHS procedures, safe work practices, and regulatory compliance
• Assist with site orientations, toolbox talks, and safety training delivery
• Monitor contractor and workforce compliance with site safety rules and procedures
• Support incident investigations and help identify corrective/preventive actions
• Prepare clear, timely field reports summarizing observations and recommendations

Requirements

• 5 years of safety, health, or environmental field/operations experience
• Exposure to construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, utilities, or heavy industry is beneficial
• ASP, OHST, GSP, or similar entry/intermediate safety credential preferred
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or related field is a plus
• Knowledge of OSHA General Industry and/or Construction standards
• Ability to work long days in the field, adapting to varied client operations and schedules
