Requirements
Mountain-sports expertise & community understanding: You speak the language of mountain-sport enthusiasts and know what real value looks like for clubs and communities.
You know the scene: from Alpenverein to Naturfreunde, from hardshell to softshell, from mountain-sport events and route planning to loyalty programs.
Strategic & analytical skills: You have experience developing and evaluating partnership strategies, and a strong understanding of digital marketing, brand fit, performance and affiliate marketing, and native content integrations.
You can interpret complex KPI sets and derive actionable recommendations.
Project management & hands-on mentality: You manage multiple partners, projects and internal stakeholders in parallel — structured, clear and confident. You also contribute operationally: campaign briefings, coordination and asset checks are part of your remit.
