Sales Operations Manager

Role Overview

• Lead and support centralized sales team by coaching, mentoring, and empowering associates
• Strengthen sales quality and consistency through regular review of calls and lead activity
• Build sales skills across the organization by supporting and delivering engaging virtual and onsite training
• Enhance system workflows to support sales performance by optimizing software and processes
• Use data to guide decisions by tracking key sales metrics and sharing insights
• Collaborate across teams and communities by working closely with onsite leaders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar field, or equivalent experience required
• 3+ years experience in progressive Multifamily property management or sales leadership and training role required
• Experience managing a team required
• Proven track record in driving sales performance and process improvement
• Strong analytical, change management, and strategic thinking skills
