About this role
Role Overview
Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads (calls, emails, and online inquiries)
Utilize sequences to proactively reach out to leads in our database
Qualify leads based on set criteria and schedule appointments with the appropriate sales representative
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion
Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and re-engage cold leads
Hit daily, weekly, and monthly lead response, activity, and appointment-setting targets
Requirements
1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting (SaaS or real estate industry experience is a plus)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
High energy, resilience, and a proactive approach to engaging leads
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow within the company
Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools is a plus
