Role Overview
- Support the design and creation process of digital and in-person learning experiences
- Prepare, participate in and evaluate learning experiences
- Assist in learning material creation
- Support the research and development of campaigns to promote culture and diversity within our workplace
- Assist with project tracking, including communication with stakeholders, internal customers, and external providers
- Support learning facility setup
Requirements
- Currently in a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organizational and time‑management abilities
- Basic research and analytical skills
- Comfort working with Microsoft Office and learning new digital tools
- Collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Initiative and willingness to learn
- Knowledge of adult learning principles preferred
- Experience instructing or designing curriculum
