Over the course of 6 months, you will learn together with other prospective customer service representatives (m/f/d) how to ensure safety, cleanliness, passenger information, and approachability on board trains
Extensive theoretical training covering fundamentals of public transport (ÖPNV) & regional rail (SPNV), railway operations, technical systems, fare structures and much more
Practical training on board our trains
Upon successful completion of the qualification and the selection process, you will start with us as a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)
Requirements
You are of legal age, currently not employed, and looking for an opportunity with prospects
Career changers from gastronomy, hospitality, retail, etc. are warmly welcome, as are university graduates or individuals without formal training but with strong motivation
Your German is at least good (B2 level or higher)
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays (we never stand still)
The training can be completed full-time

€3,166 gross base salary according to collective agreement plus allowances, plus annual special payment and company pension scheme
27 days of vacation, with the option to take 33 or 39 days instead of full pay – with longer company service up to 42 days
