Responsibilities:
- Providing timely and accurate support to TurboTax users via phone, chat, or email
- Assisting customers with downloading and installing software, logging into their accounts, importing documents, navigating the interface, printing, and filing their tax returns
- Addressing basic tax questions and troubleshooting technical issues
- Supporting customers in understanding their tax documents and guiding them through the software features to ensure a smooth filing experience
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism, patience, and empathy when dealing with diverse customer inquiries
- Collaborating with team members and subject matter experts to stay updated on product features and best practices, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and striving to meet or exceed performance metrics, such as TNPS (Tax Net Promoter Score)
