About this role
Role Overview
- Responsible for the Rework Process in the Space production labs
- Manage a small team of assemblers to complete the rework
- Managing the associated equipment
- Managing the priorities and completing rework operations
- Responsible for the New Production Introduction (NPI) process
- Work with engineering on process and product development
- Own the entire NPI process and manage schedules and priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 6 years prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
- 6+ years of Supervisory/Management experience
- Experience with all Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and resources simultaneously
- Must be a United States Citizen
