Medical Secretary – Home Hospitalization (HAD)

Role Overview

• Answer telephone calls from patients and various stakeholders within the Home Hospitalization (HAD) service
• Create and track care requests and patient files using specialized medical software
• Ensure compliance with patient identification standards (identitovigilance)
• Collect social security and insurance information/documents from field teams
• Collect and integrate all documents required to maintain patient records
• Prepare physical patient files to be sent to the patient's home
• Perform daily updates of the various tracking tables/tools used
• Manage patient admissions, transfers and discharges
• Notify all involved care team members of the initiation and termination of Home Hospitalization care

Requirements

• Diploma as a medical secretary
• Previous experience in a similar position
