About this role
Role Overview
Lead the definition and planning of projects, including identifying scope, objectives, benefits, timelines and required resources.
Elicit and prioritize requirements from clients and stakeholders, ensuring the product backlog is always up to date.
Work closely with the project team to ensure continuous delivery of value to the customer.
Facilitate planning, review and retrospective meetings with the project team.
Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
Ensure effective communication among project team members and involved stakeholders.
Conduct feasibility analyses and cost–benefit assessments for projects.
Make decisions about product scope and priorities, taking into account resource and timeline constraints.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Contribute to the organization’s agile culture by sharing knowledge and promoting best practices.
Requirements
University degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or Information Technology.
Knowledge of and practical experience with Scrum and other agile methodologies.
Familiarity with project and task management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello, etc.
Familiarity with the insurance sector, including terminology, processes and regulations.
Previous experience in insurance-related projects will be considered an advantage.
Understanding of the software development process to be able to communicate with the technical team and understand their needs.
Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager is desirable.
