About this role
Role Overview
- Support the Managing Director with proposals and tenders
- Research potential international partners and project opportunities
- Proactively initiate contact with potential international customers (e.g., email, LinkedIn, phone)
- Assist in maintaining the CRM system and building a lead pipeline
- Independently conduct market, competitor and potential analyses
- Contribute to the development of market entry and growth strategies
Requirements
- Strong interest in sales, business development and internationalization
- Comfortable with proactive customer outreach
- Conscientious, structured, data
- and detail-oriented working style
- Experience with Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365; CRM/SAP experience is an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Very good German and English skills
