About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for sales to public and private organizations
Researching prospective sales targets and identifying opportunities
Contacting both cold and warm prospective clients
Setting up and attending online and face-to-face meetings
Delivering presentations and product demonstrations
Demonstrating a thorough understanding of complex products
Independently managing a pipeline
Writing effective proposals and quotes
Building long-term professional relationships
Working with existing customers to introduce wider product suite
Attending conferences and networking events
Documenting sales activity in sales tracking systems
Developing strategic partnerships
Requirements
Knowledgeable about public workforce services
Outstanding interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Experience of delivering product demonstrations and presentations in a professional environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrate excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
Strong relationship-building ability
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A minimum of two years in professional sales positions with proven sales results or experience working in the public workforce system
Bachelor’s degree required
Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
