Provide guidance and support to teaching and non-teaching staff on all HR matters, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) on personnel-related matters, offering strategic HR advice and solutions.
Serve as the primary liaison with the Inspired central recruitment team, supporting talent acquisition and selection for key roles.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, employee changes, offboarding, and personnel documentation.
Ensure compliance with Mexican labor legislation, and support expatriate staff with relocation, immigration processes, and cultural adaptation.
Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, ensuring secure handling of employee information.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with Inspired’s global standards and AIM’s values.
Support change management initiatives, organizational development projects, and staff engagement programs.
Actively contribute to school life by fostering a positive workplace culture and participating in school events and initiatives.
Requirements
7+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, with expertise in recruitment, labor relations, organizational development, compensation, and payroll.
Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to operate effectively in a bilingual, multicultural environment.
Experience in fast-growing organizations, particularly those undergoing change, expansion, or integration into global networks.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as the HR point of contact on campus, while collaborating with regional and global peers.
A successful track record of supporting senior leadership teams in HR strategy and cultural transformation.
Solid knowledge of Mexican labor laws; experience supporting expatriates with relocation and immigration processes is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the school.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, ensuring alignment of HR practices with the school’s mission and Inspired’s values.
Availability to work fully onsite across AIM campuses in Monterrey.
