Oversee various aspects of human resources practices and processes
Manage activities such as employee relations, performance management, benefits, and other HR processes
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Own the development, maintenance, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures
Advise managers on performance management, corrective action, terminations, and conflict resolution
Participate in internal audits, compliance reviews, and external assessments
Assist with coordination of company‑wide events, celebrations, and initiatives

6+ years of experience in a general HR focus role
Bachelors degree in Human resources, Organizational development, Business administration
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure
Effective communication across all levels of the organization
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
