Role Overview
Responsible for overall revenue and gross margin in Mexico
Execute global, regional, and country strategy for local market operations
Deliver and support profitable performance and client growth
Represent Collinson International offerings in the market
Collaborate with regional leadership to enhance client partnerships
Monitor competitive landscape and adapt strategies
Identify growth opportunities and execute country strategy
Build strategic relationships with market stakeholders
Lead appropriate market account teams in relationship development
Requirements
10+ years of experience in working as a Managing Director, Country Lead or Senior leader in a global company
In-depth understanding of the consumer and commercial environment in local market
Ability to represent and champion the group proposition with authority, passion, and conviction
Solid people development and relationship management experience
Experience with highly matrixed organizations
Fluency in English, able to present complex ideas clearly
Strong negotiation and influential skills
Ability to assess market business opportunities
Aptitude for consultancy/solutions-based business development
Excellent sales leadership skills
