Account Executive, Event Ticketing Software

Role Overview

• Prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients within the ticketing industry
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ business objectives and pain points
• Demonstrate solutions powered by HoldMyTicket that address client specific requirements and delivery maximum value
• Negotiate pricing, signing bonus, terms and contracts to close deals in a timely manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Represent HoldMyTicket at industry trade shows to promote products as required
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to track, build and monitor your sales plan and targets

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Proven track record of success in a hunter sales role, preferably in a B2B environment
• Salesforce experience (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in event ticketing sales will be considered an asset.
