About this role
Role Overview
Develop and refine product requirements based on customer needs and business objectives
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features
Create detailed artifacts such as lean canvases, PRDs/MRDs, user stories, and test scenarios
Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and UX to drive product development
Review and validate deliverables to ensure alignment with product vision and customer expectations
Support testing and quality assurance by defining acceptance criteria and reviewing test results
Prepare user documentation and other materials to enable successful product adoption
Follow the full Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and present deliverables at required stage gates to ensure alignment and approvals
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferably in engineering, sciences or a business discipline
8 years of experience in product management, preferably in creating data solutions
In depth knowledge of product strategy development including key feature enhancements
A deep understanding of Agile software development, specifically Scrum, and associated work-products
Familiarity with Jira or Rally is required, experience with confluence is preferable
Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset who can work independently and produce results across multiple functional organizations, both internal and external
Must be able to effectively prioritize workload, handle multiple priorities simultaneously and possess exceptional follow-up and problem resolutions skills
Exceptional data analysis skills and deep familiarity with Microsoft Excel
A keen intellectual curiosity, a passion for problem-solving and a desire to solve client problems with new features and solutions
Strong interpersonal communication skills including excellent spoken and written English including the ability to lead customer presentations.
