Focus on developing products and features that optimize how brands engage with consumers through our batch and API-based cloud solutions across both production platforms
Lead the creation of new products and features to grow, strengthen, and enhance TU’s industry-leading identity-based solutions
Drive product execution across the PDLC—from gathering Voice of Customer (VOC) insights and building business cases to developing product requirements and managing backlogs
Create artifacts that support the product development process, including lean canvases, PRDs/MRDs, user stories, test scenarios, user documentation, and more
Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and UX to drive product development
Review and validate deliverables to ensure alignment with product vision and customer expectations
Support testing and quality assurance by defining acceptance criteria and reviewing test results
Prepare user documentation and other materials to enable successful product adoption
Follow the full Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and present deliverables at required stage gates to ensure alignment and approvals
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferably in engineering, sciences or a business discipline
8 years of experience in product management, preferably in creating data solutions
In depth knowledge of product strategy development including key feature enhancements
A deep understanding of Agile software development, specifically Scrum, and associated work-products
Familiarity with Jira or Rally is required, experience with confluence is preferable
Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset who can work independently and produce results across multiple functional organizations, both internal and external
Must be able to effectively prioritize workload, handle multiple priorities simultaneously and possess exceptional follow-up and problem resolutions skills
Exceptional data analysis skills and deep familiarity with Microsoft Excel
A keen intellectual curiosity, a passion for problem-solving and a desire to solve client problems with new features and solutions
Strong interpersonal communication skills including excellent spoken and written English including the ability to lead customer presentations
