Accurately record all financial transactions in the accounting system
Maintain and update ledgers, ensuring all entries are precise and properly documented
Process invoices and ensure timely vendor payments
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances
Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for, and discrepancies are promptly addressed
Assist in payroll processing by maintaining payroll records using accounting software and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Assist in preparing budgets and monitoring financial performance against budgetary forecasts
Maintain accurate records of fixed assets and depreciation
Handle petty cash transactions and reconciliations
Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
1-3 years of Bookkeeping experience, General Accounting experience, or a similar job position
Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
Proficiency with Karbon is a plus
Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software
Strong working knowledge of Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.
Knowledgeable in using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant software
In-depth understanding of accounts payable principles, accounting standards, and account reconciliation
Previous working experience as an offshore staff is highly advantageous
