Monitor customer processes: order management, logistics and distribution;
Ensure product turnover by monitoring demand and identifying growth opportunities;
Propose and negotiate logistical alternatives;
Monitor client stock replenishment to prevent overstocking or stockouts;
Create and lead improvement projects;
Ensure that all registered clients are visited;
Recommend actions based on competitor analysis versus Mosaic’s positioning;
Audit the execution of merchandising investments;
Identify and present opportunities to apply performance products during field visits;
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy
Valid Category B driver's license
Commercial experience in negotiation and sales, demand generation, and conducting field activities (demoplots, field days, presentations and trainings)
