Monitor client processes: order management, logistics and distribution;
Ensure product turnover by tracking demand and identifying growth opportunities;
Propose and negotiate logistical alternatives;
Monitor client inventory replenishment to avoid overstocking or stockouts;
Create and lead improvement projects;
Ensure that all registered clients are visited;
Recommend actions based on competitor analysis versus Mosaic's positioning;
Audit the implementation of merchandising investments;
Identify and present opportunities to apply performance products during field visits;
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy
Valid driver's license (CNH category B)
Commercial experience in negotiation and sales, demand generation and conducting field activities (demo plots, field days, presentations and trainings)
