sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer (negotiation & acceptance) completion of contractor hiring administrative processes, and on-boarding of new contractors
administrating defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited
developing/managing relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment team-mates
responsible for recruitment updates and keeping the management team informed of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment
performance will be measured, in part, upon KPI measures, execution of recruitment strategies which include advertising methods, job fairs, remote recruitment techniques, maintenance of recruitment materials, and keeping the management team informed of recruitment progress and issues affecting recruiting

Requirements
H.S. Diploma/GED, Required
2 years or more in experience Full life-cycle recruiting experience, Required
Proficient in Microsoft Office products Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook) Intermediate, Required
Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments, Required
