IT Recruiter

Role Overview

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer management
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify quality candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, and role fit
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability, communication, and motivation
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates and reports

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
• Strong understanding of technical roles and hiring processes
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
