Support project set-up, and follow up of tasks within our marketing project management system (workfront) helping to ensure we meet our timelines
Assist education team with set-up, and scheduling of educational content, emails and SMS campaigns
Update and distribute the education production schedule
Shadow Education Specialist, Education Coordinator, and Education Manager providing input and assistance as needed
Gather competitive intel and research as needed to support marketing efforts across media types
Identify and vet potential internal and external guests for media shows, manage invite requests, guest onboarding, and communications
Create podcast episode briefs for website migration project
Select weekly social clips from media shows to repost on tiktok, meta, and YouTube
Update and distribute recording schedule, studio calendar, and production timelines
Serve as an intermediate between the digital, marketing, and education teams and inter-communicate requests and deliverables
Ensure produced education content is promoted on all social channels
Partner with the Education Specialist to integrate education content within interdepartmental programs and campaigns, including wholesale
2 days onsite attendance per week is an essential function of this position
Additional duties as needed

Actively enrolled Junior/Senior or recent alumni from a fully accredited College/ University with concentration in Marketing.
Health enthusiast/nutrition experience is a plus
Articulate communicator with a collaborative spirit
Disciplined individual with solid organizational skills
Highly motivated with strong analytical ability
Strong working knowledge of MS Office and the online landscape
