Lead execution of IMS' growth strategy by achieving individual and team revenue targets
Develop and implement annual sales plans aligned with corporate objectives
Drive disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and performance accountability
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure attainment of revenue and growth goals
Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales team
Conduct regular one-on-one coaching, quarterly business reviews, and monthly performance assessments
Maintain an active in-market presence (approximately 50% travel, including conferences and client meetings)
Build and deepen executive-level relationships with attorneys, law firms, and corporate clients
Collaborate with service delivery, consulting, recruiting, and marketing leaders to advance revenue-generating initiatives
Requirements
10+ years of progressive experience in business development or sales leadership within a professional services environment (e.g., consulting, legal, advisory, litigation support, or IT services)
Demonstrated success leading and scaling client development teams
Consistent record of achieving or exceeding revenue and growth targets
Litigation support or legal industry experience preferred
Executive-level relationship development and consultative selling expertise
Strong commercial acumen, including pricing strategy and value articulation
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insight into growth initiatives
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Comfortable operating in matrixed organizations and collaborating cross-functionally
