About this role
Role Overview
Lead our Global BDR teams in identifying and engaging with future Botify clients across the US & EMEA
Own the global outbound pipeline target, responsible for strategy, execution, and delivery of qualified meeting goals
Directly manage the NYC and EMEA BDR teams, ensuring a unified global culture
Own the global headcount plan, including recruiting, onboarding, and continuous professional development
Partner with Marketing to execute high-touch Account-Based Marketing strategies for Tier-1 global accounts
Deliver regular, data-backed insights to the executive team regarding market trends and pipeline health
Standardize and optimize the prospecting process for lead qualification
Own the global BDR tech stack to ensure peak efficiency
Requirements
4–6 years of experience in a SaaS sales-related role
At least 3–4 years of proven success leading or mentoring a team
Experience managing global or remote teams is a significant plus
Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesloft or similar solutions
