Provide dedicated SPOCs for our lead customers to enable faster turn around and resolutions.
Responsible for E2E of Customer Project (Deployment, Integration, customer acceptance Test cases development and Execution) and troubleshooting complex issues working along with R&D.
Perform ticket handling/Emergency handling to shield R&D from Non-product cases.
Enable services team members on the latest product/versions.
Design/create solution to automate troubleshooting/system recovery via AI-based tools/desired automated scripts.
Requirements
15+ years of working experience with telecom core domain products
Nokia SDL/One-NDS/UDM/HLR/HSS
Responsible for NPI (New product introduction) deployments and troubleshooting along with case handling for Nokia SDL.
Has a good understanding of AI/ML workflows with the scripting expertise (Python/Bash) needed to automate and deploy intelligent solutions.
Basic understanding of 4G/5G call flows , good understanding of 5G call flows
Basic Knowledge on Cloud Infra
both private/public cloud platforms, added advantage with deeper expertise in OCP/NCS
Responsible for troubleshooting issues on SDL and interworking with REG products like HLR/HSS/UDM
Handle Crisis/Emergency support as needed
Lead enabling programs based on NPI learnings
Lead and contribute towards innovative initiatives to improve product troubleshooting and work towards needed tooling.
PMP Certification
Good understanding of SaFe and its way of working.
