Lead DOF’s Remote Systems and ROV operations ensuring safe and high-quality service delivery.
Manage personnel, technical delivery, and equipment readiness.
Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Assets and Operations team.
Achieve operational performance and procedural governance.
Requirements
IMCA qualification as ROV Supervisor or equivalent.
Trade or tertiary qualification in mechanical or electrical fields.
Associate Diploma or above in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering would be highly desirable.
Extensive proven experience working in a similar position with work class ROV Systems.
Demonstrated experience leading a high performing team in a complex offshore environment.
Advanced knowledge of IMCA standards and regulations.
General computing literacy (E-mail, Access, Microsoft Word and Excel).
Mechanical aptitude with a general understanding of engineering principles.
Strong understanding on HSEQ requirements, coupled with the ability to entrench best practice HSEQ principles and initiatives within ROV workforce and operations.
