Role Overview
- Lead DOF’s Remote Systems and ROV operations ensuring safe and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage personnel, technical delivery, and equipment readiness.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Assets and Operations team.
- Achieve operational performance and procedural governance.
Requirements
- IMCA qualification as ROV Supervisor or equivalent.
- Trade or tertiary qualification in mechanical or electrical fields.
- Associate Diploma or above in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering would be highly desirable.
- Extensive proven experience working in a similar position with work class ROV Systems.
- Demonstrated experience leading a high performing team in a complex offshore environment.
- Advanced knowledge of IMCA standards and regulations.
- General computing literacy (E-mail, Access, Microsoft Word and Excel).
- Mechanical aptitude with a general understanding of engineering principles.
- Strong understanding on HSEQ requirements, coupled with the ability to entrench best practice HSEQ principles and initiatives within ROV workforce and operations.
