You are responsible for managing and executing our end-to-end recruiting process in close coordination with hiring managers and business units, acting as a trusted advisor for your teams.
Shape a first-class candidate journey and ensure applicants feel welcome throughout the process.
In addition to recruiting, you will contribute to other exciting projects and support onboarding of new colleagues — for example, our Welcome Days.
You enjoy challenging the status quo and contribute creative ideas on how we can continually improve.
Requirements
You have solid experience in IT in-house recruiting, ideally at an IT service provider.
You possess excellent communication skills in German and English so you can amend German and Austrian contracts if needed.
You have a talent for relationship management, especially using an ATS.
You have experience with at least two ATSs, preferably Ashby, Lever, or Personio.
You work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
You think creatively and identify top talent using innovative sourcing methods, e.g., on LinkedIn — you know LinkedIn Recruiter inside and out!
You work independently, are proactive, and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
You are a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues and is open to new ideas.
Nice to have: experience with tools such as Ashby, Hibob, Personio, and Google Workspace.
